Jocelyn Wale-Corey - Solicitor

Jocelyn graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland in December 2017. She has since completed a Diploma in Legal Practice with Australian National University. She was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW in September of 2018 and a lawyer of the Federal Court of Australia in October 2018.

 Jocelyn commenced employment with Daniela Fazio Lawyers in early 2018 as an Administrative Assistant and then by late 2018, as an employed solicitor. After taking a sabbatical year in 2022, we are delighted to have Jocelyn work with us again. She assists across all matters, with a particular skill and interest in family law, and the interaction between family law and bankruptcy.

Christie Lonnon - Paralegal

Christie commenced employment with Daniela Fazio Lawyers in 2018. She has over 15 years’ experience in the areas of debt recovery, insolvency and basic conveyancing.

Christie’s debt recovery experience involves issuing letters of demand, initiating debt recovery proceedings, obtaining judgment, issuing enforcement proceedings and liaising with clients, debtors, Courts, process servers, Sheriffs and financial institutions.

Christie has also had many years’ experience with complex bankruptcy litigation and has helped prepare matters for hearings in all jurisdictions.

Christie is also a Justice of the Peace.
